Delete Your Account
How to delete your Rise account and your data.
This page is for Rise Meditation Timer, published by Yauheni Barkouski, on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android.
In the app
  1. Open Rise and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm.
Your account and its data are deleted from our servers right away. The app then starts fresh on that device.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email us at info@risemeditation.life from the email you used to sign in, and write "Delete my account". We delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, write from any address and tell us roughly when you started using Rise. We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours.
What is deleted
  • Your profile: name, email, photo and sign-in methods.
  • All your sessions saved in your account.
  • Your heart rate saved with those sessions.
  • Your choices about heart rate sync and email news.
Nothing is kept on our servers after deletion.
What is not deleted
  • Your subscription. Deleting your account doesn't cancel Rise Premium. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
  • Data on your phone. Apple Health and Health Connect keep the Mindful Minutes and sessions Rise saved there. You can remove them in those apps.
  • Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, as required for payments and taxes.
  • Anonymous analytics (app usage without your name or email), which are deleted automatically after a limited time.
