Discover the joy of Bongwoo Tao Breathing Method
If you have meditated before trying the Bongwoo Tao breathing method, your teacher has either given you instructions in Chest breathing where you were guided to breathe into your lungs or you were instructed in Abdominal breathing where you were guided to breathe into your abdomen. The instructions I will offer you in the Bongwoo Tao breathing method are neither chest breathing nor abdominal breathing. This breathing is a combination of chest breathing and abdominal breathing. It is a natural flow of how the breath moves through our body. That’s why this meditation method is well suited for ordinary people who may be beginning meditators, but over time, they can gradually enter the realms of enlightenment. This method is said to be extremely easy and straightforward, so even lay people like men, women, children, and the elderly can understand it and practice it. As you progress in your practice, it will feel like you are walking on a winding mountain road and have me as your friend beside you. I am familiar with the road so you would find ease and joy in the journey. Despite climbing mountains, crossing streams, majestic views and the strenuous effort of the journey, having the guide who is leading you to the destination makes it an easier journey rather than wandering in the dark on a well-paved road with no clear destination.
With diligent practice, you will finally reach your destination. In this app, I will guide you through the first four of the sixteen steps needed to reach the ultimate state. You are invited to continue your practice of the remaining steps by reading Master Bongwoo’s teachings translated by me in the book titled “The Secret of Tao”.
